There are two parts to this program. First there is the Web page refresher which automatically reloads a Web page at set or random intervals between the times you set.
Note:
If you experience problems downloading, please download the file without using your download manager and check your firewall settings. Firewalls and download managers usually block HTTP referrers, which are required by some download mirrors.
