Simply open the program enter the amount of hours you wish the program to wait until turn off and click start.
Unlike Windows sleep timer this is not like a screen saver the computer doesn't have to be left untouched for the period of time before it shuts off.
You may use your computer while the program functions then walk away and let it shut off when you specify.
